This module is intended to classify vegetable species, the common bases of vegetable production (multiplication) and natural production conditions.
It takes up the main techniques of market gardening and the means such as plasticulture, to be implemented to produce vegetables in different seasons of the year. Thus, the notion of protected cultures.
The course includes two parts. The first will address the basic principles relating to reasoned phytosanitary protection. The second part is devoted to the basic notions of pesticides (classification, application, formulation, legislation), the phenomenon of resistance of bio aggressors, and the phytotoxicity of plants linked to the use of phytosanitary products.
