The module of public liberties is part of the sixth semester program for the specialization in Public Law, which aims to expand the student's awareness of the importance of public liberties in various doctrines and intellectual approaches, the place they hold in the national legal system, and the multiple means of protecting them.
In order to optimally receive the module of public liberties, the student must have previous knowledge including understanding of theories and principles of Constitutional Law, Human Rights, Administrative Law, and Administrative Disputes.
With the aim of providing a methodical and progressive formation, we outline a program that includes the distribution of the module's axes over the semester weeks as shown below:

- Lecture Four: The historical evolution of public liberties
- Lecture Five: Classification of public liberties
