Course Objectives:

1. Supply Chain Communication:
- Writing clear and concise reports on HR's role within the supply chain.
- Effectively communicating recruitment needs for personnel involved in the supply chain.
- Negotiating contracts and agreements with suppliers regarding workforce management.
2. Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Communication:
- Writing user manuals and training materials for HR modules within an ERP system.
- Communicating effectively with IT personnel regarding HR data integration with the ERP system.
- Creating presentations to explain the impact of ERP on HR processes to employees.
3. Business Letter Writing:
- Drafting professional offer letters and termination letters for HR purposes.
- Writing persuasive letters requesting collaboration from other departments regarding HR initiatives.
